Happy Hour doesn't make everybody happy. While Mark struggles with campers in his section, Nicole manages a myriad of problems with the front of house staff. In the end, two servers get sweet revenge...or do they?
Burger Night brings out the worst in the worst kind of people. A full staff contends with the chaos caused by $5 burgers as managerial changes unfold behind the scenes.
Another day, another pointless pre-shift. When Pepe introduces Jared as manager, the staff meeting disintegrates into a tangle of complaints and bad ideas. Jared reviews the twelve steps of service, and Leo gets real with her first table.
Mondays suck. Leo trains the new girl and bickers with her co-worker and nemesis Jared. When a table of six ladies seem determined to ruin her day, Leo indulges a violent fantasy to help get through the shift.
It's a Full Moon and the weirdos are out. Leo and Mark enjoy some pre-shift edibles and watch as bizarre vibes take over the Smokehouse. Jane is forced to bartend when Dean is a no call, no show; Jeremy's training style leaves Laura stuck with an unusually open-minded couple; and miscommunication over a customer's birthday cake causes mayhem for Jen and Natalía.
A fed-up staff works another slow Saturday night, serving shit food for shit tips. Leo deals with shit like being hit on by a flirtatious customer and Mark losing his shit because he's jealous. Meanwhile, Jared can't keep his shit together when he tries to impress the attractive wine rep. David takes shit too seriously when training the newbie.
Brunch is not like any other shift. Everyone is all over the place -- carefully balancing their time between pretentious, annoying patrons who want to "brunch so hard" and bitching about the management and each other. It's not pretty -- it's furious, fast-paced, and funny as hell. Grab a mimosa and try to keep up.
